Security
Employees, Officers, and Directors shall support the Company’s mission to simplify enterprise security for our partners and customers. Where and when applicable, we shall assist guarding the Company and our clients against espionage, sabotage, crime, attack, terrorism, malicious code, common vulnerabilities and exposures, hacking and cyber-terrorism.

Fidelity, Honesty and Integrity
Employees, Officers, and Directors shall maintain strict and continuing faithfulness to their duty and in a manner reflecting honesty, honor and integrity.

Professional Conduct
Employees, Officers, and Directors shall conduct their business activities in a professional manner.

Confidentiality
Employees, Officers, and Directors shall avoid unauthorized disclosures of confidential information.

Compliance with the Law
Employees, Officers, and Directors shall conduct their business in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Disclosure of Financial Interests
Employees, Officers, and Directors shall disclose any equity or financial interest they may have in relation to the Company’s business and business relationships.
