To initiate a support request, please send a detailed email to support@netclarity.net with the following information:

1. Your Question or Issue

2. Details behind your Question

3. Your Network Topology Overview (# of LANs, # of VLANs, kinds of switches, firewalls, etc.)

4. Serial Numbers and MAC Addresses of your NACwall appliances
